Unfortunately for kit purchases, all of our orders are processed in real time, so there is no ability to make alterations to kit purchases after an order has been made. If you accidentally placed your kit order using a wrong shipping address, please email support@vitagene.com.
If you are looking to change your shipping address for your supplement subscription, follow the instructions below.
- Login to your Vitagene account at vitagene.com/login
- Click the drop-down arrow next to your name on the upper right hand side and select "Account Settings"
- Click "Shipping Address" on the right-hand side of the page. Update your shipping address and click "Save Changes"
You're next shipment of supplements should now ship to the updated address.

I tried to change my shipping address and also reschedule deliveries. I followed your instructions on the website but did not find where to do it. Please tell where and how I can reset my account. Please pause my subscription before I can do that because I received too many orders and too soon! Thank you.
